- I start by washing and cutting all the vegetables into evenly sized pieces so they cook at the same rate.

Step 2: Season the Veggies
- In a large bowl, I toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until everything is well coated.

Step 3: Assemble the Skewers
- You’ll thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating colors and textures for even cooking and a great presentation.

Step 4: Preheat the Grill
- I preheat my grill to medium-high heat. This helps achieve that signature Logan’s-style char without overcooking.

Step 5: Grill the Skewers
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the veggies are tender and lightly charred.
