Step 1: Prepare the Meat Mixture
- In a large bowl, I mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until just combined.

Step 2: Shape the Meatloaf
- I gently shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a sheet of foil, making sure it’s even so it cooks properly.

Step 3: Prepare the Glaze
- In a small bowl, I combine ketchup and brown sugar, then spread it generously over the top of the meatloaf.

Step 4: Grill the Meatloaf
- I preheat the grill to medium heat and place the foil-wrapped meatloaf on the grill. I cook it for about 30–35 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Step 5: Rest and Serve
- Once done, I let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing so you get juicy, clean slices every time.

Notes
I love serving this grilled meatloaf with mashed potatoes, steamed green beans, or classic mac and cheese.
