Step 1: Heat the Milk and Water
- Combine milk and water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring it to a gentle simmer.

Step 2: Add the Spices
- Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Let them simmer for a minute so the flavours infuse into the milk.

Step 3: Add the Tea
- Add tea leaves or tea bags. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until the tea darkens and the aroma deepens.

Step 4: Add Sweetness
- Stir in sugar and mix until fully dissolved.

Step 5: Strain and Serve
- Strain the tea into mugs and enjoy it hot and fresh.
