Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth. Since this is thin crust, we don’t need heavy rising—just let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Roll It Extra Thin
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Lightly dust your surface with flour and roll the dough as thin as possible (about ⅛ inch thick). The thinner you roll, the crispier it gets. Transfer it to a baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal.

Step 3: Pre-Bake the Crust
- Bake the plain crust for 4–5 minutes. This step ensures that crispy, restaurant-style texture, just like Pizza Hut.

Step 4: Add Sauce and Toppings
- Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a small border. Add mozzarella cheese, sprinkle Italian seasoning, and layer your favorite toppings like pepperoni, veggies, or chicken.

Step 5: Final Bake
- Return to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown. Let it cool slightly before slicing.

Notes
I love serving this thin-crust pizza with a fresh Caesar salad or garlic bread.
