  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • ½ cup Zaxby’s-style wing sauce

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
  1. I start by cutting the chicken into even, bite-sized pieces so they cook evenly and stay juicy.

  1. In one bowl, I mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, I whisk eggs and milk together.
