Method
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- I start by cutting the chicken into even, bite-sized pieces so they cook evenly and stay juicy.

Step 2: Make the Breading
- In one bowl, I mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, I whisk eggs and milk together.

Step 3: Coat the Chicken
- I dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat it thoroughly with the seasoned flour mixture.

Step 4: Fry Until Crispy
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry the chicken in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. I place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Step 5: Toss in the Sauce
- Finally, I toss the hot, crispy chicken pieces in the wing sauce until evenly coated and glossy.

Notes
- I love serving these boneless wings with ranch or blue cheese dressing and a side of celery sticks.
- They also pair perfectly with fries or coleslaw for a complete meal.
