Step 1: Prepare the seasoning
- In a small bowl, I mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. This seasoning blend is what gives the fries that classic Zaxby’s flavor.

Step 2: Cook the fries
- You can fry or bake the crinkle-cut fries according to package instructions. I usually fry them at 350°F until golden and crispy, but baking works great too if you want a lighter option.

Step 3: Drain excess oil
- Once the fries are done, I place them on paper towels to remove any extra oil. This helps keep them crispy and not greasy.

Step 4: Season the fries
- While the fries are still hot, I sprinkle the seasoning evenly over them and toss gently so every fry gets coated.

Step 5: Serve hot
- I serve these fries immediately while they’re hot and crispy, just like you’d get at Zaxby’s.

Notes
- I love serving these fries with Zax Sauce, ranch, or honey mustard.
- They’re also perfect alongside burgers, chicken tenders, or sandwiches for a complete restaurant-style meal.
